經(jīng)驗及技能要求 Experience and skill needed
1. 本科及以上學歷,物理,機械,光學,電子,材料,半導體等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor degree or above, majors in physics, mechanics, optics, electronics, materials, semiconductors or related discipline.
2. 4 英語四級以上,英語讀寫流利、口語流利,電腦操作熟練。
CET-4 or above, good command of written and spoken English, and proficient in computer operation.
3. 熟悉儀器設(shè)備行業(yè)產(chǎn)品市場,有相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗,了解主流行業(yè)技術(shù)。
Familiar with the market of our instrument and equipment industry, have the corresponding sales experience, and have knowledge on the mainstream industry technology.
4. 表達能力強,具備較強的客戶溝通能力和較高的商務(wù)處理能力。
Strong presentation and communication skill, problem solving ability.
5. 在生物科技產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域的銷售有兩年以上經(jīng)驗。
Sales experience in the biotechnology industry (2+ years)
6. 熟悉生物科技領(lǐng)域的微流控應(yīng)用,對相關(guān)設(shè)備有使用或者銷售經(jīng)驗。
Familiar with equipment for microfluidics applications in biotechnology industry
7. 能根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要出差拜訪客戶和有必要時到海外參加供應(yīng)商會議。
Willing to travel across China in pursuit of new sales opportunities, and overseas to visit suppliers.
8. 熟悉國內(nèi)科研院校,研究院,研究所客戶者優(yōu)先。
Familiar with local scientific research institutions, research institutes, and research institute customers are preferred.
職位描述:
1. 負責將公司代理的產(chǎn)品線推廣和銷售給工業(yè)客戶和高校研究機構(gòu)類研發(fā)型客戶。
Responsible for promoting and selling company products to industrial manufacturing customers and R&D customers.
2. 跟進客戶項目進度和設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試進度,負責訂單的付款流程管理。開發(fā)和維護客戶長期合作關(guān)系。
Follow up on equipment acceptance and payment. Maintain and develop long term customer relationships.
3. 根據(jù)客戶需求與產(chǎn)品競爭狀況,每月與公司內(nèi)部探討、分析和策劃營銷方案。
Working/Planning to the customer’s needs and product competition status, discuss, analyze and make sales plans with the company on a monthly basis.
4. 負責與客戶的技術(shù)和商務(wù)交流,提供產(chǎn)品技術(shù)咨詢和技術(shù)方案。
Responsible for technical and business communication with customer and helping resolve customer questions and problems when necessary.
5. 跟進銷售進度,對客戶訂單負責,對季度和年度考核負責。
Follow up the sales progress and customer orders, and be responsible for quarterly and annual assessments.
