A、投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的制造商或授權(quán)代理商,代理商應(yīng)提供制造商同意其在本次投標(biāo)中提供該產(chǎn)品的正式授權(quán)書(shū)。
The？bidder shall be the manufacturer of？the？bidding products？or authorized agent,the？agent shall provide the Letter of Authority from manufacturer to agree to provide？the products in this Bid.
B、閥門(mén)制造商必須通過(guò)質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證(ISO 9001或GB/T19001證書(shū))，提供證書(shū)復(fù)印件，且證書(shū)在有效期內(nèi)。
The valve manufacturer must be certified by the quality management system (ISO 9001 or GB/T19001 certificate) and provide a copy of the certificate,the certificate shall be valid.
C、閥門(mén)規(guī)格書(shū)中對(duì)于SIL 等級(jí)有要求的閥門(mén)及相關(guān)附件必須滿足SIL 等級(jí)要求，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供閥門(mén)及相關(guān)附件的SIL認(rèn)證書(shū)。
The valves and related accessories required for SIL level in the valve specification must meet the SIL level requirements. The bidder shall provide the SIL certificate of the valve and related accessories.
D、特種設(shè)備證書(shū)：
Special Equipment Certificate:
境內(nèi)制造廠須提供壓力管道元件制造許可(TS認(rèn)證)，且證書(shū)在有效期內(nèi)，證書(shū)批準(zhǔn)范圍涵蓋本次招標(biāo)的壓力管道閥門(mén)范圍。
Domestic manufacture shall provide pressure piping component Manufacture License of Special Equipment released by the national authority agency of China (TS certificate), and the certificate shall be valid.The scope of certificate approval covers the scope of penstock valves in this bidding.
境外制造廠須提供壓力管道元件型式試驗(yàn)報(bào)告或證書(shū)，報(bào)告或證書(shū)應(yīng)覆蓋本次招標(biāo)的壓力管道閥門(mén)范圍。并承諾在2024年1月31日前取得《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》。
Foreign manufacture shall provide the pressure piping component Type Test Report or Certification released by the national authority agency of China,The certificate or report shall cover the scope of penstock valves in this bidding.It is necessary to promise to obtain the Special Equipment Production License of the People_EpSingleQuotes_s Republic of China before January 31, 2024.
？？？(2)業(yè)績(jī)要求：
？？？？？Requirement？for Bidder_EpSingleQuotes_s reference:
2010年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日(合同簽署時(shí)間)，投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品應(yīng)具有不少于2個(gè)合同應(yīng)用于蠟油加氫、加氫裂化或同類高壓加氫裝置氣動(dòng)或電動(dòng)球閥的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，且滿足如下要求：
A、每個(gè)合同中閥門(mén)的數(shù)量不少于5臺(tái)；
B、每個(gè)合同中至少包含1臺(tái)壓力等級(jí)不小于Class1500氣動(dòng)球閥；
C、業(yè)績(jī)合同中至少包含1臺(tái)16"？、Class1500及以上的氣動(dòng)球閥。
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件(含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件，至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同首頁(yè)、簽署時(shí)間、貨物名稱(氣動(dòng)或電動(dòng)球閥)、裝置名稱(蠟油加氫、加氫裂化或同類高壓加氫裝置)、供貨數(shù)量、口徑、壓力等級(jí))和到貨接收證明文件。
未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件未體現(xiàn)上述信息的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
From January 1, 2010 to the tender closing date(date of contract signing), the bidding products shall have at least 2 contracts delivery performance to the pneumatic or electric ball valves？of wax oil hydrogenation, hydrocracking or similar high-pressure hydrogenation units, and meet the following requirements:
A. The number of valves in each contract shall not be less than 5;
B. Each contract shall include at least one pneumatic ball？valve with pressure rating not less than class1500;
C. The performance contract shall include at least one 16 ", class1500 and above pneumatic ball valves.
The bidder shall submit the performance table in the prescribed format and submit relevant performance certification documents. Results documents including but not limited to: sales contract copy (including relevant technical attachments, at least showing the following contents: contract home page, signature page, name of goods(the pneumatic or electric ball valves), name of device(wax oil hydrogenation, hydrocracking or similar high-pressure hydrogenation units), quantity of supply, caliber, pressure grade) and the arrival of the goods receiving documents.
If the performance certification documents are not submitted, or the performance certification documents provided do not reflect the above information, the performance shall be regarded as invalid.
