1.在VICKERS葉片泵中,當(dāng)葉片處于壓油區(qū)時(shí),葉片底部通壓力油,當(dāng)葉片處于吸油區(qū)時(shí),葉片底部通吸油腔,這樣,葉片的頂部和底部的液壓力基本平衡,這就避免了定量葉片泵在吸油區(qū)定子內(nèi)表面嚴(yán)重磨損的問(wèn)題.如果在吸油腔葉片底部仍通壓力油,葉片頂部就會(huì)給定子內(nèi)表面以較大的摩擦力,以致減弱了壓力反饋的作用。
2.葉片也有傾角,但傾斜方向正好與定量葉片泵相反,這是因?yàn)樽兞咳~片泵的葉片上下壓力是平衡的,葉片在吸油區(qū)向外運(yùn)動(dòng)主要依靠其旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的離心慣性作用.根據(jù)力學(xué)分析,這樣的傾斜方向更有利于葉片在離心慣性作用下向外伸出。
3.VICKERS葉片泵結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,輪廓尺寸大,相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的機(jī)件多,泄漏較大,軸上承受不平衡的徑向液壓力,噪聲較大,容積效率和機(jī)械效率都沒有定量葉片泵高;但是,它能按負(fù)載壓力自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)流量,在功率使用上較為合理,可減少油液發(fā)熱。
