ELISA Kit is specific for human angiogenin with minimal reactivity with mouse, rat or other species. Species cross reactivity was tested with the following animal serum (angiogenin) at 1:10 dilution: Monkey serum (32%) reactivity with Human Angiogenin. Mouse, Rat, Guinea Pig, Bovine, Sheep, and Goat all had less than 1% crossreactivity.
