LabMaster 10Zi使用新一代8HP SiGe工藝芯片組在通道同步架構(gòu)下生產(chǎn)zui高帶寬示波器，4個(gè)通道可以同時(shí)工作在36GHz，在使用到DBI技術(shù)時(shí)，帶寬可以提高到幾乎翻倍的65GHz，采樣率為160GS/s，性能超乎尋常。
LabMaster系列示波器有其根本性的優(yōu)勢----模塊化，可升級，非常靈活，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)示波器的所有功能操作。LabMaster 10Zi示波器可以配置成多個(gè)高達(dá)65GHz帶寬，可以克服技術(shù)和測試的障礙。
力科的通道同步架構(gòu)保證了采集模塊間的同步，該架構(gòu)也通過一個(gè)10GHz的實(shí)質(zhì)和觸發(fā)電路保證了多個(gè)通道間的同步。在該系統(tǒng)中無需使用外部時(shí)鐘，這樣多個(gè)觸發(fā)電路引起的觸發(fā)抖動(dòng)也就不會(huì)產(chǎn)生。通道間的抖動(dòng)低達(dá)130fsrms。同步特性和傳統(tǒng)的一臺(tái)示波器是一樣的，而所采集的波形和分析結(jié)果都會(huì)同時(shí)顯示在示波器屏幕上。
