施邁賽接近開關(guān)按其外型形狀可分為圓柱型、方型、溝型、穿孔(貫通)型和分離型。園柱型比方型安裝方便,但其檢測特性相同,溝型的檢測部位是在槽內(nèi)側(cè),用于檢測通過槽內(nèi)的物體,貫通型在我國很少生產(chǎn),而日本則應(yīng)用較為普遍,可用于小螺釘或滾珠之類的小零件和浮標(biāo)組裝成水位檢測裝置等。IFL 2-12-10

SCHMERSAL接近開關(guān)接線圖
1)接近開關(guān)有兩線制和三線制之區(qū)別,三線制接近開關(guān)又分為NPN型和PNP型,它們的接線是不同的。請見下圖所示:
2)兩線制接近開關(guān)的接線比較簡單,接近開關(guān)與負(fù)載串聯(lián)后接到電源即可。
3)三線制接近開關(guān)的接線:紅(棕)線接電源正端;藍(lán)線接電源0V端;黃(黑)線為信號,應(yīng)接負(fù)載。負(fù)載的另一端是這樣接的:對于NPN型接近開關(guān),應(yīng)接到電源正端;對于PNP型接近開關(guān),則應(yīng)接到電源0V端。
4)接近開關(guān)的負(fù)載可以是信號燈、繼電器線圈或可編程控制器PLC的數(shù)字量輸入模塊。
5)需要特別注意接到PLC數(shù)字輸入模塊的三線制接近開關(guān)的型式選擇。PLC數(shù)字量輸入模塊一般可分為兩類:一類的公共輸入端為電源0V,電流從輸入模塊流出(日本模式),此時(shí),一定要選用NPN型接近開關(guān);另一類的公共輸入端為電源正端,電流流入輸入模塊,即阱式輸入(歐洲模式),此時(shí),一定要選用PNP型接近開關(guān)。千萬不要選錯(cuò)了。
6)兩線制接近開關(guān)受工作條件的限制,導(dǎo)通時(shí)開關(guān)本身產(chǎn)生一定壓降,截止時(shí)又有一定的剩余電流流過,選用時(shí)應(yīng)予考慮。三線制接近開關(guān)雖多了一根線,但不受剩余電流之類不利因素的困擾,工作更為可靠。
7)有的廠商將接近開關(guān)的“常開”和“常閉”信號同時(shí)引出,或增加其它功能,此種情況,請按產(chǎn)品說明書具體接線
