CMCC 51572 福氏志賀氏菌
感謝您使用本單位的微生物菌種，我們有可用于科研、教學、生產(chǎn)的菌種，基本覆蓋了環(huán)境、工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、分析、食、藥用真菌行業(yè)各類生產(chǎn)和科研用微生物，其中許多優(yōu)良菌株的生產(chǎn)性能具有較高水平。
凍干菌種的復蘇培養(yǎng)：
1凍干管開封：用浸%過75酒精的脫脂棉擦凈凍干管，用火焰加熱其頂端，滴少量無菌水至加熱頂端使之破裂，用銼刀或鑷子敲下已破裂的凍干管頂端。
2菌種恢復培養(yǎng)：用無菌吸管 0.3-0.5毫升適宜到液體培養(yǎng)基，滴入凍干管內輕輕振蕩，使凍干菌體溶解呈懸浮狀，吸取全部菌體懸浮液，移植于1-2支建議的斜面培養(yǎng)基上，并在建議的溫度下培養(yǎng)。
注意事項
1、微生物菌種應保藏于低溫、清潔和干燥的地方，室溫放置時間過長會導致菌種衰退；
2、菌種操作應在無菌條件下進行，防止雜菌污染；
3、斜面菌種保藏時間通常為3-6個月，應根據(jù)菌種狀況及時轉接；凍干菌種保藏時間通常為2-15年；
