選用時,先確定閥門啟、閉的扭矩,再根本閥門使用的流體介質,增加安全值。對清潔、潤滑介質增加20%
安全值;對水蒸汽或非潤滑介質增加25%安全值;非潤滑的干氣介質增加60%安全值;非潤滑氣體輸送的顆粒粉料介質增加
100%安全值。然后根據氣源工作壓力,查找雙作用式或單作用式輸出扭矩表,可得到準確的執(zhí)行器信號。單作用式輸出扭矩
表中,zui小彈簧扭矩即為關閉閥門時的扭矩,zui大彈簧扭矩即為打開閥門時的扭矩。

1、雙作用執(zhí)行器:對閥門開啟和關閉的兩位式控制。
2、單作用執(zhí)行器(彈簧復位):在電路、氣路切斷或有故障時,自動關閉閥門。
3、單電控電磁閥:供電時閥門開啟或關閉,斷電時閥門關閉或打開(可提供防爆型)。
4、雙電控電磁閥:一個線圈通電時閥門開啟,另一個線圈通電閥門關閉,有記憶功能(可提供防爆型)。
5、限位開關回訊器:遠距離傳閥門開或關位置的信號(可提供防爆型)。
6、電氣定位器:根據電流信號(4~20MA)的大小對閥門的介質流量調節(jié)控制(可提供防爆型)。
7、氣動轉換器:將電流信號轉換成氣壓信號,與氣動定位器配套使用(可提供防爆型)。
8、氣動定位器:根據電流信號(標準0.02~0.1MPA)的大小對閥門的介質流量調節(jié)控制。
9、氣源處理三聯(lián)件:包括空氣減壓閥、過濾器、油霧器。對氣源穩(wěn)定、清潔及運動部件起潤滑作用。

安裝使用與維護Installation and maintenance
1、氣動執(zhí)行器可與閥門直接連接,也可通過支架和接頭與閥門安裝連接。連接緊固件不得松動。
2、保證執(zhí)行器輸出軸與閥桿安裝的同軸度,并轉動靈活,無爬行現(xiàn)象。
3、連接管道、接頭、附件等應清潔干凈。
4、電磁閥排期口始終向下,當向上或水平時,應連接彎管,使排氣口向下。
5、調試前應確定空氣管道通暢,氣壓、電壓、信號等符合要求。
6、壓縮空氣應經過過濾、干燥、露點-15℃以下要除濕。
7、調試時電磁閥應開到自動位置。
8、氣動操作時,應斷開手動裝置,手動操作時應斷開氣動裝置。
9、執(zhí)行器上安裝的各種附件,應分別參照使用說明進行調試、
10、正常工作情況下每月檢查一次,每年檢修一次。
