125-13ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE導(dǎo)電油墨
125-13
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE INK
DESCRIPTION: 125-13 is an electrically conductive ink and coating suitable for application by screen
printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. . Unlike conventional conductive materials, 125-13 is capable of
being printed at very fine line widths and spaces. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton,
Mylar, ITO sputtered surfaces, glass and a variety of other surfaces. This product is very resistant to
flexing and creasing. Some applications for 125-13 include, but are not limited to, EMI/RFI shielding of
polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and membrane switches.

SUGGESTED HANDLING & CURING: 125-13 is ready to use as supplied. Further thinning may be
accomplished by adding small amounts of thinner CMI# 120-08. Prior to using, be certain to resuspend
silver. Best properties, for most applications, result when cured for several minutes at 170°C to 180°C.
Good properties are obtained on a variety of substrates by dry and curing at temperatures ranging from
50°C to 150°C. End user is advised to experimentally determine temperature and time best suited for
individual applications.
STORAGE: Shelf Life - 6 months at 25°C; or 9 months at 5°C; or 12 months at -10°C.
SAFETY & HANDLING: Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from sparks and open flames. Avoid
prolonged contact with skin and breathing of vapors. Wash with soap and water to remove from skin.
