包裝材料是指用于產(chǎn)品包裝的任何材料。它們用于保護(hù)其內(nèi)部內(nèi)容以供分發(fā)、存儲、銷售和使用。對包裝材料的機(jī)械性能進(jìn)行評估，以評估不同的終用途，例如評價大內(nèi)壓、密封強(qiáng)度、耐穿刺性等。

Packaging materials are any material employed the packaging of products. They are used to protect its inside content for distribution, storage, sale and use. Mechanical properties of packaging materials are assessed for different end-use application, e.g. to evaluate the maximal internal pressurization, the strength of the seals, the resistance to puncture, etc.
