Flexcell® BioFlex® Cell Seeders使bioflex牽張拉伸培養(yǎng)板居中貼壁
通過(guò)為用戶提供一個(gè)模板，使細(xì)胞接種在BioFlex®板孔的中心區(qū)域（參見(jiàn)下圖1），從而優(yōu)化細(xì)胞接種
Optimizes cell seeding by providing a mold for users to plate cells in the central region of the well of a BioFlex® plate (see Fig. 1 below).
- Confines cells during plating to the central area of a BioFlex® membrane.
- Plating cells with a Cell Seeder allows for cells to be subjected to defined strains when using theEquibiaxial Loading Stations™.
- Available individually or in a set of four.

- BioFlex細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)板和FX-5000T應(yīng)力加載系統(tǒng)配套使用，為細(xì)胞提供應(yīng)力加載。
- 孔板底部是由彈性硅膠模制作而成，柔韌性好，透明度高。
- 6孔圓形，總生長(zhǎng)面積57.75 cm2(9.62 cm2/孔).
- 孔板底部的硅膠模超薄，厚度僅為0.020",(0.0508cm)可以使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正立式顯微鏡/倒立顯微鏡觀察細(xì)胞。
- 五種不同包被的培養(yǎng)表面：Amino, Collagen (Type I or IV), Elastin, ProNectin (R GD), Laminin (YIGSR).
