Rezorian cartridges are made of polypropylene with polyethylene frits. The end fittings are luer lock syringe connections that can be used to connect a pump tubing or two cartridges in a series (piggybacked) to monitor breakthrough or to increase capacity.

The syringe barrel design of the S10 cartridge makes it easy to use in the field and laboratory. Reusable adapters are available for connecting the cartridge to the sampling pump. The built-in reservoir eliminates the need to attach a syringe for sample extraction/elution. The S10x cartridge is shorter than the S10 cartridge and is designed to fit in automated systems such as the XonTech 920/924 instrument.

The S10L cartridge offers a reversible design and is for analysts who prefer shorter dimensions and does not need an adapter for sampling. The cartridge is eluted by connecting to a syringe barrel (empty SPE-style tube) that acts as a reservoir for gravity-fed elution solvent. Meets EPA TO-11A requirements.

The H series of LpDNPH cartridges contain higher loadings of 2,4-DNPH and/or larger bed weights compared to the S10 cartridges. This provides higher capacity for carbonyls making the H series cartridges the preferred choice for use in high concentration environments. The H series is available in H10 (350 mg), H30 (1 g) and H300 (10 g) cartridges.

The single-bed ORBO-DNPH tube contains 120 mg of high purity 2,4-DNPH packed into a 6 mm O.D. x 90 mm Long glass sorbent tube with a break seal "frangible" at both ends. The ORBO-555 and ORBO-558 LpDNPH Tubes both contain two beds packed with high purity LpDNPH with a front bed of 300-mg and a back-up bed of 150-mg. (NIOSH 2016 Appendix B). The ORBO-555 is a 6 mm O.D. tube suitable for sampling at lower flow ranges up to 0.4L/min, and the ORBO-558 is an 8 mm tube which extends the flowrate range up to 2.0L/min.

Our ozone scrubber comes in two different designs-a reversible design like the S10L cartridge and a rezorian design. Each style contains 1.5 grams of high purity potassium iodide (KI). The KI traps the ozone, which causes a negative formaldehyde interference in DNPH-coated devices. The luer end-fittings enable the user to connect these cartridges directly to the inlet of any DNPH cartridge with a luer tip. Testing at 200 ppb ozone, 50% RH, 25 deg C, has shown that the scrubber to have an ozone capacity at 100,000 ppb/hr.
