產(chǎn)品描述
Astec® CHIRALDEX G-TA 是第 1 組 CSP（表面相互作用，復(fù)合衍生物）的選擇。該階段已被證明是制藥行業(yè)廣泛選擇的階段，特別是在臨床試驗(yàn)的各個(gè)階段中手性中間體和藥物研究的分析。在沒有包含機(jī)制的情況下發(fā)生分離，并且通常比大多數(shù)手性固定相更快且更有效。G-TA 也被用于分離母體藥物對(duì)映體及其代謝物。G-TA 對(duì)含氧分析物的選擇性高，如醇、二醇和多元醇，作為游離醇和酰基衍生物；胺類作為酰基衍生物；氨基醇、鹵素（Cl> Br> F）、氨基酸、羥基酸、內(nèi)酯、呋喃和吡喃。它對(duì)鹵化物也具有選擇性。
