產(chǎn)品描述
鍵合 2,3-二-O-丙?；?6-叔丁基甲硅烷的 γ-環(huán)糊精衍生物固定相。CHIRALDEX G-DP 固定相設(shè)計(jì)用于除脂族和芳族酯類之外,還能提高脂族和芳族胺類兩種物質(zhì)的選擇性。該固定相特別適合極性外消旋物,因?yàn)樗诒Ａ魰r(shí)間短的情況下具有高效率和高分離度。G-DP 比 CHIRALDEX G-TA 的水解和熱穩(wěn)定性更好。
