介紹下如何進(jìn)行滑觸線的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)
閱讀：674 發(fā)布時間：2021-9-221、 電刷： 應(yīng)根據(jù)移動用電設(shè)備使用情況每1—3個月檢查一次。重點檢查集電器電刷的磨損情況，若磨損量≥5mm時，必須更換。檢查時若發(fā)現(xiàn)電刷松動或發(fā)生磨損偏斜時，應(yīng)查明原因，及時處理。
1, brush: electric equipment should be based on the use of every 1 to 3 months to check the time. Focus on examination of the collector brush wear, if wear amount is greater than or equal to 5mm, must be replaced. If found loose or wear occurs when the oblique brush check, should identify the reasons, timely treatment.
2、 集電器：至少每季度檢查一次。重點檢查緊固件有無松動、移位及塑料件和活動件磨損情況，檢查彈簧拉力（集電器電刷與導(dǎo)軌的接觸壓力應(yīng)保持一定壓力（見下表）。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理。

3、 連接件：至少每年檢查一次。重點檢查緊固螺栓、焊縫及支撐件是否松動、銹蝕、移位等，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時處理。

4、 日常檢查：重點檢查軌道的平直度有無明顯偏差（大于20mm）、錯位，絕緣保護(hù)件有無脫落、斷裂、破損，不銹鋼“v"型槽有無翹起；軌道上有無異物及導(dǎo)電粉塵等。必要時應(yīng)檢測其絕緣電阻是否符合要求（相間絕緣電阻應(yīng)≥5MΩ）。
