低摩擦氣缸是指活塞滑動阻力很小的氣缸。下面除介紹了傳統(tǒng)的低摩擦氣缸外,重點介紹了目前國外間隙密封型低摩擦氣缸。
1、傳統(tǒng)的低摩擦氣缸

傳統(tǒng)低摩擦氣缸系列
除提高氣缸的加工精度、采用特殊潤滑脂和使用摩擦系數(shù)很小的材質(zhì)外,活塞上只裝單向密封圈,其滑動阻力特別小,只隨氣壓的增大略有增加。低摩擦氣缸的zui低工作壓力很低,可至0.01Mpa。
????活塞上只裝一個單向密封圈的低摩擦氣缸在使用時是有方向性的。從桿側(cè)通口加壓(另一側(cè)排放大氣)或雖兩側(cè)加壓,但桿側(cè)壓力高于無桿側(cè),為B型(使用例圖2)。從無桿側(cè)通口加壓(桿側(cè)通口排大氣)或雖兩側(cè)加壓,但無桿側(cè)壓力高于桿側(cè),稱F型(使用例圖3),在選用時要注意。若在活塞上裝有2個反向的單向密封圈或裝1個壓縮量很小的組合型密封則低摩擦方向變成雙向型。
圖2用于接觸壓力控制,雖然卷筒外徑發(fā)生變化,但氣缸內(nèi)壓力能保持一定,故驅(qū)動輪表面的接觸壓力也維持不變。圖3移動物體的形狀和外徑尺寸雖發(fā)生變化,但氣缸作用在物體上的力f可維持不變。
????低摩擦型氣缸,在低摩擦方向的速度控制應使用進氣節(jié)流式(圖2、3)。若使用排氣節(jié)流,由于存在背壓,滑動阻力會增大。
????低摩擦氣缸有微漏,泄漏量小于0.5L/min(ANR)?;钊麠U不得有橫向載荷,否則會增大滑動阻力。缸筒加工精度高,不得發(fā)生變形而造成動作不良。不能供油潤滑。
2、新型低摩擦氣缸
????上面介紹的低摩擦氣缸由于其密封結(jié)構為彈性密封,在勻速、高低壓摩擦、高速、高頻動作方面有所限制,新型低摩擦氣缸采用間隙密封結(jié)構、滾珠導向套等新技術,克服了傳統(tǒng)低摩擦氣缸的弱點。
