 為什么儲存在冰箱中的胎牛血清會出現(xiàn)沉淀?

GIBICO的胎牛血清沒有預(yù)老化，儲存在2-8℃時，血清中的各種蛋白和脂蛋白（如冷凝集素、纖維蛋白原、玻粘連蛋白等）可能聚集而形成沉淀或可見的混濁。這應(yīng)該不會影響血清的質(zhì)量。推薦在-20℃儲存胎牛血清，避免反復(fù)凍融。

建議血清應(yīng)保存在-5℃至-2O℃。然而，若存放于4℃時，請勿超過一個月。若您一次無法用完一瓶，建議您無菌分裝血清至恰當(dāng)?shù)臏缇萜鲀?nèi)，再放回冷凍。

 如何解凍血清才不會使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量受損?

建議您將血清從冷凍箱取出后，先置于2～8℃冰箱使之融解，然后在室溫下使之全融。但必須注意的是，融解過程中必須規(guī)則地?fù)u晃均勻。

 血清解凍后發(fā)現(xiàn)有絮狀沉淀物出現(xiàn)，該如何處理?
