針對(duì)內(nèi)毒素的刺激,免疫細(xì)胞的表現(xiàn)更為明顯。巨噬細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞已知會(huì)產(chǎn)生和釋放各種細(xì)胞因子,包括腫瘤壞死因子和白細(xì)胞介素等。Morris等人發(fā)現(xiàn),馬腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞暴露在低至0.5ng/ml內(nèi)毒素中6個(gè)小時(shí),也可引發(fā)顯著的白細(xì)胞介素6產(chǎn)生2。Mattern顯示,100ng內(nèi)毒素刺激人T細(xì)胞增生,產(chǎn)生淋巴因子3。
因此,選用盡可能低的內(nèi)毒素的胎牛血清,顯然是優(yōu)上之選。
