          卟啉是一類由四個(gè)吡咯類亞基的α-碳原子通過(guò)次甲基橋(=CH-)互聯(lián)而形成的大分子雜環(huán)化合物。卟啉環(huán)有26個(gè)π電子,是一個(gè)度共軛的體系,并因此顯深色,卟啉也被稱作紫質(zhì)。許多卟啉以與金屬離子配合的形式存在于自然界中,如含有二氫卟吩與鎂配位結(jié)構(gòu)的葉綠素以及與鐵配位的血紅素。卟啉或經(jīng)過(guò)修飾的卟啉可以與鐵、鈷、鋁等金屬配位,在助催化劑的共同作用下催化二氧化碳與環(huán)氧化合物共聚。內(nèi)卟啉積累過(guò)多時(shí)會(huì)造成卟啉,也稱紫質(zhì)癥。通常卟啉分為兩類
