In Vitro: Forskolin (GMP) (10 μM, 21 days) transdifferentiates mouse fibroblasts to neurons, determined by increased number of TAUEGFP-/TUJ1-positive neuronal cells induced by Ascl1.
Forskolin (GMP) (25 μM, in hHPC maturation medium) induces hCiPS-cell-derived hHPCs to differentiate into mature hepatocytes (the detailed method refers to the reference).
Forskolin (GMP) (10?μM, during 5-15 days) induces human fibroblasts (HFF) reprogramming into functional cardiomyocytes.
Forskolin (GMP) (in MEFs expressing MyoD) enhances the marked increase in the number of proliferative cells together with RepSox (GMP) (HY-13012G).
