           本報倫敦10月17日電(記者劉海英)英國倫敦帝國理工大學(xué)研究人員在zui近一期《自然醫(yī)學(xué)》雜志上發(fā)表論文稱,他們發(fā)現(xiàn)婦女子宮內(nèi)膜中一種名為SGK1的酶含量高低會直接影響婦女生育能力,含量過高會導(dǎo)致不孕,含量過低則易導(dǎo)致流產(chǎn)。該發(fā)現(xiàn)不僅有助于不孕癥或習(xí)慣性流產(chǎn)的研究和治療,也有助于新型避孕藥物的開發(fā)。

          不孕不育是現(xiàn)代社會許多家庭的巨大困擾。有研究表明,近六分之一的婦女因各種各樣的原因而造成受孕困難,而受孕后,也有百分之一的婦女會習(xí)慣性流產(chǎn)。
          英國倫敦帝國理工大學(xué)的研究人員對106名患有原因不明性不孕癥或習(xí)慣性流產(chǎn)的婦女的生理指標(biāo)進(jìn)行研究后發(fā)現(xiàn),她們的困擾與其子宮內(nèi)膜中的SGK1含量水平直接相關(guān),患有原因不明性不孕癥婦女的子宮內(nèi)膜中SGK1含量較常人更高,而習(xí)慣性流產(chǎn)者的SGK1含量則較常人低。通過進(jìn)一步的小鼠試驗,研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn),在小鼠受孕期內(nèi),其子宮內(nèi)膜中SGK1水平會下降,期間如向小鼠子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞注入SGK1基因副本來提高該種蛋白水平,則會導(dǎo)致小鼠不能受孕;而如若阻斷小鼠體內(nèi)SGK1基因表達(dá),降低其水平,雖然小鼠懷孕沒問題,但會使子宮內(nèi)膜更脆弱,從而導(dǎo)致子宮內(nèi)出血,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致流產(chǎn)。
          研究人員表示,SGK1作為一個生育分子開關(guān),其在子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞中的含量高低直接影響著婦女的生育能力,是受孕成功與否的關(guān)鍵。在不孕癥婦女進(jìn)行人工受孕前通過藥物降低其子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞中SGK1水平,可以提高人工受孕的成功率。而提高SGK1水平則可視為一種新的避孕方法,可據(jù)此開發(fā)新型避孕藥物。
