Specifics:
NDJ series digital viscometer that enables to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquid is widely used in production industries such as grease, paint, sizing agent, textile, food, drug, adhesive, cosmetics, etc. The advantages of accurate, fast, straightforward and simple test helps the instrument selected by customers from all other industries. NDJ series digital viscometer adopts micro-stepping driving of stepper motor and LTD backlighting display with 16 bit microprocessor as its core, boasting functions as stable rotating speed, high accuracy, programmed design, simple operation, error alarm, etc. On the screen displays the information as viscosity, rotating speed, torque percentage, rotor number, temperature of measured liquid, etc. The place and put technology is utilized in the main control panel and micro-stepping driving plate while the most advanced microprocessor in circuit design, with reasonable and compact structure. The instrument's full range and linearity adopts PC interface for measurement correction. Its measurement performance and function has achieved the domestic advanced level of similar products.

1. The measurement data directly displayed on LTD saves the second calculation.

4. Complete machine design contributes to simplified operation.
5. The instrument provides "No. 0 optional rotor" for accurate test of low viscosity in the range of 1~100mpa.s.
6. Temperature probe is optional for real time temperature measurement on measured sample （only NDJ-5S and NDJ-8S）.
7. RS232 interface can used for data output and connection with external equipments （only NDJ-5S and NDJ-8S）.
