德國BURKERT寶德電磁閥性能特點(diǎn)
它是一種直動(dòng)和先導(dǎo)式相結(jié)合的原理，當(dāng)入口與出口沒有壓差時(shí)，通電后，電磁力直接把先導(dǎo)小閥和主閥關(guān)閉件依次向上提起，閥門打開。當(dāng)入口與出口達(dá)到啟動(dòng)壓差時(shí)，通電后，電磁力先導(dǎo)小閥，主閥下腔壓力上升，上腔壓力下降，從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開;斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥利用彈簧力或介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)關(guān)閉件，向下移動(dòng)，使閥門關(guān)閉。
德國BURKERT寶德電磁閥特點(diǎn):1.在真空、負(fù)壓、零壓時(shí)能正常工作，但通徑一般不超過25mm。
2.在零壓差或真空、高壓時(shí)亦可動(dòng)作，但功率較大，要求必須水平安裝。
1)常閉型，通電時(shí)電磁線圈產(chǎn)生足夠的電磁力把運(yùn)動(dòng)部件(由磁芯、閥桿、上下部的膜片/密封件構(gòu)成)從閥座上提起，閥門開啟;斷電時(shí)彈簧力把運(yùn)動(dòng)部件壓在閥座上，閥門關(guān)閉。
2)常開型，動(dòng)作方向與常閉型相反。

Type Description

The 0131 valve is a direct-acting toggle valve. Various seal material combinations are available depending on the application. Thanks to the diaphragm-separation between actuator and fluid body, aggressive media such as acids and alkaline solutions can also be safety controlled. The offering is rounded out with plastic housings made of PVC or PVDF. The coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. 'Kick and drop' electronics are moulded into all DC variants for reduced electrical power consumption. An optional electric feedback function reliable detects the switching position. In combination with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 17301-803 Form A, the valves satisfy protection class IP65.
