的作用氣動閥門定位器是按力平衡原理設(shè)計工作的,其工作原理方框見上圖所示,它是按力平衡原理設(shè)計和工作的。 如圖上圖所示當(dāng)通入波紋管的信號壓力增加時,使杠桿2繞支點轉(zhuǎn)動,檔板靠近噴嘴,噴嘴背壓經(jīng)放大器放大后,送入薄膜執(zhí)行機構(gòu)氣室,使閥桿向下移動,并帶動反饋桿(擺桿)繞支點轉(zhuǎn)動,連接在同一軸上的反饋凸輪(偏心凸輪)也跟著作逆時針方向轉(zhuǎn)動,通過滾輪使杠桿1繞支點轉(zhuǎn)動,并將反饋彈簧拉伸、彈簧對杠桿2的拉力與信號壓力作用在波紋管上的力達(dá)到力矩平衡時儀表達(dá)到平衡狀態(tài)。此時,一定的信號壓力就與一定的閥門位置相對應(yīng)。
