美國(guó)embitec Runone?電泳儀：電泳儀產(chǎn)品小巧、Runone系列電泳儀，包含了穩(wěn)壓插槽，無需再配置穩(wěn)壓儀，是一款小巧，功能齊全的電泳儀。

Runone?電泳儀根據(jù)是否帶有時(shí)間控制器分為2大類組合:

1.穩(wěn)壓在4個(gè)檔位分別是25v，50v, 75v，100v 2.有時(shí)間控制器，可以設(shè)定電泳運(yùn)行時(shí)間（1-99分）并有液晶板顯示，能自動(dòng)切斷電源，停止電泳，并有短暫警報(bào)聲提醒。但繼續(xù)計(jì)時(shí)。 3.對(duì)于沒有時(shí)間控制器的，穩(wěn)壓在3個(gè)檔位，25v，50V，100V 4.所有操作均為觸摸式按鈕。

美國(guó)embitec Multicast?系列制膠槽：Multicast?系列制膠槽特別適合菌落PCR篩選使用

一次可以制備96孔電泳膠，特別適合96孔PCR板的電泳，使用8空排槍或者12孔排槍方便PCR溶液的上樣。

LI-1200：適合elisa酶標(biāo)板和任何96孔板的輔助加樣

Li-2100：適合384孔板的輔助加樣。

Li-1300：適合96孔特別是real time-PCR的輔助加樣。

這系列的產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

1.加樣時(shí)燈光特別提示，防止加錯(cuò)孔或者漏孔現(xiàn)象。

2.加樣的順序可以像PCR程序那樣事先編寫好，存入機(jī)器中，并可以隨時(shí)調(diào)取，并可以通過U盤轉(zhuǎn)移到電腦中，以Excel表格形式呈現(xiàn)。

3.加樣的順序可以按照每行或每列，或者每隔2行或2列，或者每隔孔加樣，按照實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)定隨意加樣，有了LED燈光的提醒作用，絕不會(huì)出錯(cuò)。

First-of-its-kind blue LED light box that allows you to visualize and cut out the DNA bands without a protective mask, shield or filter obstructing your access to the gel. Its oblique illumination design features a light source that enters the gel from the side, hence exciting the fluorescent dye enough so you can see the bands with the naked eye without over-saturating the background of the gel.

Traditional transilluminators have the light source coming from the bottom and shining up through the gel.
