細(xì)胞活性測定試劑盒產(chǎn)品信息:

 廣泛應(yīng)用于細(xì)胞生物學(xué)的各類實(shí)驗(yàn)中，例如研究生長因子、細(xì)胞活素類和培養(yǎng)基組分，細(xì)胞毒性因子和淋巴細(xì)胞的活性。

MTT和XTT都是檢測細(xì)胞存活和生長的方法，MTT的產(chǎn)物為水不溶性的藍(lán)紫色結(jié)晶甲瓚（Formazan），并沉積在細(xì)胞中，需要加有機(jī)溶劑溶解，由于在去上清的操作時(shí)會(huì)有可能帶走小部分的甲瓚，故重復(fù)性略差。XTT作為線粒體脫氫酶的作用底物，被活細(xì)胞還原成水溶性的橙黃色甲臢產(chǎn)物，當(dāng)XTT與電子偶合劑（例如PMS）聯(lián)合應(yīng)用時(shí)，其所產(chǎn)生的水溶性的甲臢產(chǎn)物的吸光度與活細(xì)胞的數(shù)量成正比。

XTT優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1. 使用方便，省去了洗滌細(xì)胞             

2. 檢測快速
3. 靈敏度高，甚至可以測定較低細(xì)胞密度   

4. 重復(fù)性優(yōu)于MTT

適用于單核細(xì)胞（Monocytes）,人肝癌細(xì)胞Hep G2胚胎纖細(xì)胞 Ehd-1, 小鼠纖維細(xì)胞，惡性黑色素瘤A375，胰腺癌BXPC-3等30余種細(xì)胞類型。
