Agrisera光合作用研究抗體（Global antibodies）
植物光合作包括光能的吸收、能量轉換、電子傳遞、ATP的合成以及CO2的固定等步驟，這一過程主要在植物的葉綠體的類囊體膜上完成的。類囊體膜上存在四種關鍵的蛋白復合體：光系統(tǒng)II（PS II）、Cytb6/f復合體、光系統(tǒng)I（PS I）和ATP合成酶，這四種復合體協(xié)同作用，共同完成光反應。光系統(tǒng)II上具有捕光色素復合體（LHC）構成的天線系統(tǒng)，可以捕獲光能，而光系統(tǒng)I則利捕獲后的能量進行原初光化學反應。Cytb6/f復合體在電子傳遞過程中起著至關重要的作用，ATP合成酶則負責合成ATP，為植物細胞提供能量。

Rubisco
CO2的固定是利用光反應產(chǎn)生的ATP和NADPH合成有機物的過程，該過程稱為卡爾文循環(huán)。1,5二磷酸核酮糖羧化/加氧酶（Rubisco）是CO2固定過程中的關鍵限速酶，催化CO2和RuBP(核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸)發(fā)生羧化、然后裂解形成兩個PGA(甘油酸-3-磷酸)分子。所有光合生物都具有由8個大亞基RbcL和8個小亞基Rbcs組成的I型Rubisco，且RbcL折疊到其天然狀態(tài)依賴于葉綠體定位的分子伴侶CPN60的作用
