Selective blocker of K_v1.3 channel(鉀離子通道K_v1.3選擇性阻斷劑)

HsTx-1 is a member of the a-KTx6 family of scorpion toxins active on voltage-gated K_v1.3 channels (K_d close to 10 pM).  is also very active on K_v1.2 channels (Kd around 7 nM). It is however inactive on apamin-sensitive SK channels. It is one of the most potent toxins active on K_v1.3 channel.
